Valentine Retail Park, Lincoln

The former 1970’s retail site and redundant railway land sited on a prominent location on the city’s main arterial route was redeveloped in four phases for British Land and Castle Square
Developments Limited under the Valentine Trust.

The retail park has become the most successful retail base for the city attracting high profile operators, including Next, Asda Living, T K Maxx, DFS, Fabb Furniture, Costa and Hobby Craft.

A further retail unit was constructed following the demolition of the former booker cash and carry warehouse and carries on the architectural theme of the adjacent successful retail park.

The new building provides retail accommodation for The Range and Wren Kitchens and Bedrooms with appropriate parking. The Range was later extended.
