The private developer client acquired a small 1½ storey detached cottage which was then substantially modified and extended to form a pair of three bedroom semi-detached houses. The entire frontage was removed and the main building extended upwards in Lincolnshire Limestone
together with the construction of traditional two storey brick built off shots to house the kitchens and third bedroom to the rear of each house.
