Urban Square Handley Chase, Sleaford

The area referred to as the Urban Square is part of the wider masterplan for the Handley Chase Development, London Road, Sleaford.

This development includes the delivery of 1,450 homes,
and community facilities including primary school, care home, local centre, public open space etc.

The ‘urban square’ is intended as a pocket of relief from the traditional typology of properties lining the street, incorporating a formal arrangement of modern homes around a landscaped square; hinting at the rural nature of the site on the outskirts of Sleaford. It is intended that the square feels like an area which is safe for pedestrians and will not become overpopulated with vehicles/parking.
