The Grove, Lincoln

The replacement of an existing 1980’s conservatory with a single storey modern garden room to the rear of No 4 The Grove, Lincoln. A traditional semi-detached Victorian style property, located within a conservation area.

Planning was obtained in May 2023.

As part of the works the property received a full internal renovation, which included the relocation of the kitchen from the front to the rear, the discovery/opening up of the existing cast iron fireplace within the living room, the addition of a WC on the ground floor, a new bathroom location on the 1st floor and addition of an en-suite to serve the master bedroom.

As part of the works all the existing timber sash windows were replaced with new uPVC heritage sashes to match the existing that had been removed.
