The site is located within the conservation area of Metheringham, with views of the church across the open space.

The site compromises of 7 No. 3-bed residential dwellings of traditional construction each with a private garden space and off-road parking.

The fronting elevations to the High Street are constructed in coursed natural limestone typical of the local vernacular, whilst inward facing elevation have constructed with a buff brick to tone to compliment the limestone that is locally sourced.
