Phase 1A Handley Chase, Sleaford

Phase 1A Handley Chase is the first phase of a prominent housing development located on a main thoroughfare to and from Sleaford. The overall masterplan includes plans for a total of 1,450 dwellings, primary school, care home and local centre, incorporating 5 retail units, offices, nursery, community centre and public house.

Phase 1A sets the standard for development and includes 31 dwellings (4 and 5 bed properties) with a rich mix of materials and styles. The first phase is characterised by large detached houses set within a rural landscape which delivers opportunities for attractive landscapes, public open space, private drives, shared surfaces and SuDs features; creating a new vibrant community.
