Broughton House, Brant Broughton
The proposals, for Cambian Group, involved the demolition of an existing residential block within the curtilage of the Grade 2* Listed Broughton House.
Cambian Group provide specialist education and care for young people who have specific needs associated with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and associated significant learning difficulties.
The design of the new building takes account of its historic setting but also the specific requirements of the users and their often complex behavioural issues.
