Albion Cresent

A private residential housing development consisting of thirteen energy efficient homes designed to incorporate the latest energy saving technology and appliances to create homes with low energy running costs and excellent living space.

The mix of 3 and 4 bed detached private houses have solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, quality insulation and triple-glazed windows.

A SuDS (Sustainable Drainage System) was incorporated and involved applying stone gabion check dams in the swales.

The first development in Lincoln to be built at Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The site previously had a history of planning refusals for residential development.
