The new bus station is part of the £30 million Lincoln Transport Hub for City of Lincoln Council; a significant regeneration project transforming the city centre and providing a state-of-the-art bus station, 1,000 space multi-storey car park, café and new public realm.

AWARDED: Development Project of the Year (over £5m) - Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2019; East Midlands Civil Engineering Project of the Year - Celebrating Construction Awards 2018; Safer Bus Station Award 2018
The bus concourse is unheated and mainly glazed encouraging maximum benefits of solar gain and minimum use of artificial lighting. The deep overhanging eaves provide shelter and solar shading.

This new build project also incorporates Changing Places Facilities. “I am delighted by the finished product, it is a beautiful bus station and a huge contrast with the old one...” Councillor Ric Metcalfe, Leader - City of Lincoln Council.
