Siemens New HQ, Lincoln
The 3,100 sq m of accommodation involved the phased redevelopment of the new Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery frontage HQ by converting an existing machine workshop.
Three floors of high quality office accommodation were inserted within the existing structure and the external facings replaced to reflect the Siemens corporate identity.
The proposals were designed “in the spirit” of BREEAM and completed in 2 phases.
AWARDS: Winner - 2012 NFRC Award for ‘Best Vertical Cladding’ for installers KGM Roofing; Shortlisted for RICS Award for Design and Innovation.
The new HQ office frontage building for Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery Limited creates a striking and positive contribution to the city.
