Lincoln College, Monks Road
As part of the Lincoln City Campus Regeneration, the existing 1980’s Monks Building was transformed through the re-modelling and extensions including new Atrium Entrance area and roof-top extension to create an additional floor of accommodation forming a new Student Library/Learning Resource Centre.
The existing two floors at ground and first floor level were modernised to form accommodation for Teaching, Student Services and Administration, creating 2,460 sq m of accommodation.
