The Thorold Arms, Harmston, Lincoln

The Thorold Arms is located centrally within the historic part of the village of Harmston in Lincoln, trading as a Public House and Restaurant. Located in a conservation area, the property was acquired by the local community with the aim to renovate and re open the building as a public house and community asset and as such an application was submitted and approved in January 2019.

JRA produced planning and working drawings to remodel and refurbish the existing public house and living accommodation above. The project included a single storey extension to the front creating a new entrance lobby along with an extension to the toilets facilities allowing for full
disabled access.
