The Lincoln Hotel, Lincoln

A major refurbishment of a former Forte Posthouse hotel.

The works were undertaken during full operation of the hotel in a ‘live’ environment and comprised detailed interior design and specification of the phased refurbishment of 71 en-suite bedrooms including the installation of wet rooms undertaken on a floor by floor basis, the refurbishment of conference rooms and restaurant and creation of a new bar area, the refurbishment of the kitchens, installation of a new cold store
and the formation of a new steam room.
