The project required the phased redevelopment of the existing office accommodation and the construction of a 2 storey extension of 1,500 sq m, providing new office headquarters. All works were undertaken with the client insitu.
A crisp contemporary high quality interior was proposed to reflect the nature of the business and appropriate to the client’s key customer - Tesco.
The building incorporates many green technologies including biomass boiler, solar panels, heat recovery, rainwater harvesting and storm water attenuation.
The works required the complete re-modelling of the external appearance of the building.
